About Gretchen Langner
My life is a woven tapestry of creativity and movement. I value the ingenuity which springs from spontaneity and couple my enthusiasm with a thoughtful respect for the spiritual. My paintings are in private and public contemporary art collections including the Portland Museum of Art and the Farnsworth Museum in Rockland, Maine. The expansion of my creative thread has led me to explore fabric and now I find myself open to collaborative promotion in the design arena.
I also celebrate movement and embrace self discovery through the Feldenkrais® Method. As a practitioner of the method I continue to learn from a most
extraordinary teacher, Ruthy Alon. I am U.S. director of Bones For Life, a program for stimulating bone health
through natural movement and upright posture. I invite you to visit: www.bonesforlife.com
